This is the same email used to purchase the software. I made the mistake of using the “example” key the first email I sent. I corrected it and sent the correct one the second time. please help. thank you.
I can see a purchase with the mail address that you used to register here, but unfortunately no e-mail with a key request. Appararently it didn’t go through for some reason.
Please post your request code here, I will then process the request manually ASAP.
