The payment was processed, but the process did not finish ? I did not receive any download link or key.

Your order is marked as “failed” in the database of our payment service MyCommerce, hence they did not send you anything.
You almost certainly were not charged for this failed attempt. If against the odds you were charged (you can verify that in your PayPal account), please send your PayPal receipt to support |at| vorpx com and we will forward the issue to MyCommerce for clarification.
Otherwise you can either try again or send a mail to support for a fallback purchase method.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes, I have been charged, I already send the paypal receipt at support at vorpx. I see many people having problems lately with the processing of mycommerce.. I think that the mycommerce transaction did not complete, but charged me though. If I enter my email address and order number it shows in list, however when I click for details, it says: “No orders were found matching these details. Please try again.”
I also tried to contact mycommerce support. Is there any way to speed up the process ?
Sep 21, 2016 at 2:13pm #111355RalfKeymasterI will forward the matter to MyCommerce with your PayPal transaction ID and ask them to get back to you directly. We have no way to check the actual financial transaction ourselves beyond the order status that MyCommerce provides, so you have to wait for an answer from them, sorry.

In chrome the fields for credit card are not available, while with the internet explorer they are
Sep 21, 2016 at 2:31pm #111358RalfKeymasterSince the order is marked as failed, it technically is cancelled. There is no way to do anything else. Provided it’s not some issue between PayPal and your credit card company, but indeed a MyCommerce issue, this is *very* unusual.
MyCommerce from time to time rejects payments for no apparent reason, which sometimes can be mistaken as something similar to your case, but someone really getting charged despite the order showing “Failed” only happened once to us in the last three years as far as I can remember.
I’m quite confident that you can expect an answer within the next 24hrs.
