vorpx injection failed: unable to hook:

I used to have V18.x and it worked, haven’t used it in like a year.
Tried running it today… kept getting
vorpx injection failed: unable to hook: <no matter which app>

Then I got my web launcher out and upgraded to the most current version.
Still same result.
Then I scoured the forum and did a complete factory reset of vorpx.
Still same result.

I’m running Windows 10.

Any idea how to further troubleshoot this?
