Silly me, I reinstalled Vorpx and the general setting was to set to Oculus Rift.
Since I had the Oculus Rift Service running, the program didn’t show an error message. I had installed that service a while back, when I was testing something completely differnt. When I disabled the Oculus Rift Service, I got a proper error message which lead me to the cause of the problem.
