Mk, so I managed to get it going currently. Issue (somewhat) was that I was also running steam via admin, dont ask me why cuz I really dont remember why I had to do it but ive removed it. With steam, 76, and vorp off admin; vorp still says it doesnt have access however running vorp with admin permissions finally allows the game to be correcly hooked and loaded. Odd how the other games I didnt seem to have any issues at all but 76 was rather stubborn about it all.
Thanks again for the help, ill track down the underlying issue….eventually….but for now imma load it up and see about playing around with the settings (most likely) to get it running smooth.
I had already considered that being an issue and had removed admin from 76 before reposting. With both off admin, vorp says it cannot access 76. With vorp on admin, the game crashes on startup.
Btw I appreciate you takin the time helpin me to narrow down this issue.
Ok, so I read the tips about various programs and such and I did have two that were mentioned to cause issues, teamviewer and Nvidia control panel. I disabled them from startup and restarted my pc. I also took Vorpx off of admin permissions however when i attempted to launch after that it said that Vorpx didnt have access to Fallout76 and suggested I try giving it admin perms. Doing so of course just causes it to crash. Thoughts?
