Unfortunately, after uninstalling the antivirus, the problem still occurs. I’m considering reinstalling Windows. But before I do that, maybe someone has already solved this problem?

I would just like to add that my friend used the same guide and everything works for him without any problems. I’ve been working on this for a few days and I can’t figure it out.
