When you copy the name make sure to copy the email by its side, including the parentheses.
That’s what I did but still the same( Registration information cannot be validated). Hope to get support from developer ASAP. Thanks

Problem solved . Mostly my fault since I didn’t realize that I generated the request code from my pc at work which was different from the one I have at home…. Thanks Ralf for your assistance
i have done the same thing. also installed it at work but not activated it yet.
now i want to install and activate it on my own pc but the request codes do not match. i dont see any way to change the request code so it matches my activation name and key. how can i change this?
for sure i dont have to re-send the mail and wait another 30+ hours?
how does this work if you want to install it to pc number 2 as is allowed?
velma, send a mail to support |at| vorpx com describing this and include the request code from your home PC, you will then get an activation pretty quickly.

My registration is not working, also I found odd that my request number is the same than my registration code. I have no firewall or antivirus running.
Sent an email with all the info to support.

my problem still not solved. I have not received word from the support yet.
ill wait it out a bit more but would realy like to have a reply with a new activcation code for my home pc within 8 hours so I can play around with it when the weekend starts.
