    Has anyone gotten Call of Chernobyl to work. I either get an error message that Vorpx failed to hook, or it just straight up ignores my Vive. Any helpful tips or information?

    Hello ,
    you have to launch the Dx9 version of the game for vorpx to hook in it.

    Hi ,
    in the game graphic options you must choose static lightning( not DX 10).

    i can’t play to stalker (or prypiat) with vorpx. no hook.

    @ matteo : following Oliiiiive’s hint should get it working. The game only works when using the DX9 renderer.

    I tried using dx9 setting, but the game still wont hook.

    I’ve tried everything to get this up and running, but it just wont work.
    Any help would be appreciated :D

    Just got it working by doing the following:

    Right-click the VorpX icon in the system tray and select ‘Create Desktop Shortcut’, browse to your Steam folder on whichever drive you have Stalker installed installed, then to steamapps -> common -> STALKER -> Bin -> Win32, and select the XR3DA exe. This will create a shortcut on your desktop.

    Go to configure Vorpx, in the General Tab make sure “Run Vorpx conrol as Administrator” is checked.

    Go to the shortcut you previously created on your desktop. It should be XR_3DA vorpx and make sure you run that as an administrator.

    This is the only way I was able to get the game running.

    ^THIS MODE is for stalker, not for prypiat.

    prypiat has xrengine.exe.
