Just put a new cpu in my system, guess I need a new key?
Tried putting my info in the registration box that comes up, doesn’t like my purchase info, or my old key. I sent a request through “Contact” on your website, just in case you don’t see it I’m posting here as well.Where do I send my info, the popup registration is not working.
No problem. To get a new key simply follow the instructions on top of the license dialog, i.e. send us the request code that is shown on your machine. You’ll get the matching key shortly afterwards.
just a question. I just send a new request for a key but its taking a while to arrive.
I am a registered user of Tridef 3D and i noticed just now that their site is down and they also had a similar live activation which now doesnt work.
So company is out of business and legit users get the shaft.
I would like to know if the same fate should befall Vorpx, is there a contingency plan to allow us to activate our software offline?
