    Hi,

Yesterday I attempted to purchase VorpX and it seems that MyCommerce is having trouble processing my payments. I have tried changing payment types (using Paypal, then credit card, then back to Paypal) and have even tried purchasing VorpX again. However everything I try seems to result in an email from MyCommerce a few hours later saying that my payment has failed to be processed. I know my Paypal and credit card are working since I have recently been able to make purchases using both.

Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide. If it helps, I have also sent support at vorpx com emails with the details of my transactions including order numbers.

Can’t help with this here on the forum, but please check your e-mail. I responded to your support mail.

At the time of purchase I made a mistake in entering the emails I have already sent an email with the right address to which to send the link to download the program but so far I have not received any response and it has already been more than 24 hours

How odd. outlook.com or outlook.it shouldn’t really matter normally. I have sent you another link to your outlook.it address.

Please also check your spam folder. Possible that the original mail from MyCommerce went there.

Please read the key e-mail carefully.

The name field has to look EXACTLY like in the e-mail. Use COPY AND PASTE, do not type manually.
