Reading profile database exception error

    Hi,I get this ‘Reading profile database exception’ error everytime I try to access local profiles now. The cloud profiles are still accessible. It used to work fine. My PC is fully updated. Does anyone what is happening? Thanks

    Sounds like the profile database may have been corrupted. Try a factory reset: config app > trouble shooting page.
