I just bought the VorpX product today and downloaded it. But a prompt came up with a request code and a key. Though I have no idea where this key should be at. I checked my mail, and nothing. Not even in the junk folder. Where is this key?

Did you follow the instructions in the license dialog and sent us an รจ-mail with the request code? Normally you should receive your key shortly afterwards.

Ideally please send this mail from the same mail address that you used for the purchase. Otherwise processing will get delayed.

I have the request code, and I tired to send the email and everything, but that failed. All I get is an error saying Registration could not be validated.

And I am using my only email address for VorpX.

You need to send us the request with your usual e-mail program (Outlook, Thunderbird, or whatever you use). Copy and paste the request code from the license dialog into an e-mail and send that to the address mentioned in the license dialog.

You will then receive a mail back that contains the key.

I sent it to an email that was listed on the request code prompt. That’s the one, right?

Wait got it! Now I am having trouble configuring.
Is there a way to load the DK 1?

With a DK1 you should have seen a message regarding this version of vorpX not working anymore with a DK1.

I’ll send you a mail with a link for a version that works with your DK1. Please read that mail carefully.
