An Alternative to DgVoodoo2 or if DgVoodoo2 does not work for some reason. Use DX8 to DX9 wrapper.

– put dll in game folder, RENAME game.exe to Madagascar.exe.
– set desired resolution in : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Activision\Madagascar\Settings\Display
– really cute game, very nice 3D
– Cloud profile availiable

You can use this profile as base for other DX8 games, but some might not work. Try other game engines profiles just like when hunting for an unwrapped DX9/10/11 game in case.
