I’m using vorpX to play Star Citizen on my Oculus Rift CV1 with head tracking, but the TrackIR latency is quite high. It doesn’t seem to be affected by framerate because I’m able to get over 90 fps using a low resolution and running Arena Commander (single player free flight) and the TrackIR latency is still pretty high.
Is there anything that can be done to improve the TrackIR input latency?
Unfortunately in Star Citizen it’s fairly high. Other games work much better. My guess is that SC smoothes the incoming TrackIR data. Really just a guess though.
