    Hey Ralf. It’s been ages since vorpX 24.1.0. Any plans for a follow on release? As of 2025, it still has the best native latching and desktop performance for many current games.

    If you’re into it, we could really use another drop that does the following:

    – fixes the error that necessitates several consecutive restart attempts
    – removes the new tutorial overlay (as nobody seems to be using it)
    – let’s us override game breaking profiles with our own

    With just a few such changes, I could see myself using it for years to come.

    Thanks for everything,
    – Jaz

    Good question. Also is it possible to get Prey 2017 to run without blurrinesss? Apart from that it works well. Changing game resolutions does nothing. I’m using the Vorpx profile.

    No response to this thread? OP’s question asking if there will be any follow up releases seems like a reasonable one. Can we get an answer?

    @haints :
    It’s not our business…
    As long as VorpX keeps working.

    @jazbanter :
    I don’t have anything against the start room (if it’s what you mean by Tutorial Overlay). There could be an option to hide it but it can be useful. I use it to recenter my VR headset or to know if I hooked with the right profile.

    Concerning Prey 2017, I didn’t try yet but I definitely will. I’ve never encounter a game unaffected by resolution in VorpX. Are you using DirectVR ?
    You can probably change resolution manually, as usual (disable auto resolution).
