Recently Changed PCs, Vorpx won't activate

I have the installer backed up and all my registration and activation information, but when I copy and paste the info into the dialogue VorpX says the information is invalid. I have copied the information several times, making sure it was exactly as in my activation email, but no luck.

I followed the link to contact support but when I send my support request the form says it has expired.

My mistake, I thought the request code was the same; I emailed the activation email again and got new info, thanks and sorry for the misunderstanding.
