Vorpx menu no available

I am having this problem in several games. the controllers are visible and working in the game, it allows me to move the screen away and close, but it does not open the vorpx menu in game. also by pressing the key on the keyboard. occurs when games fade into the background and then return to the foreground. When this happens the vorpx in game menu is no longer available.

I wonder if this is what’s happening to me with halo infinite, sadly the game has no fullscreen mode, that might be the problem.
