VorpX registration

My Meta Quest 3 had a critical error which resulted in me factory resetting my headset. The VorpX program on my PC gave me an error which prompted me to request a new download link, which I have just installed 25.1.2.0. Now it is asking me for a Key. I sent the Request Code to [removed for spam protection] yet I have not received a response. Can someone help me out?

I have resent your original key.

Please keep the mail this time or save the key somewhere. You only need a new key when your request code changes, e.g. after changing vital hardware. No need to ask for a new key while your request code is still the same as before.

Me also stuck in Registation Window. Every time i try to send a E-Mail to support@vorpix.com it sais
