Why is vorpX configure giving me a trojan virus severe threat. Had to remove it to get rid of the severe threat. Is this happening to any one else?
Yeah happened to me I had to re install the software and white list VorpX in my Anti Virus software. I assume that it is a false positive in that it has to do with how the software works in injecting itself into games etc.
@ Echymo: If you use Windows Defender, please try a manual Windows update check in the Windows settings. Defender falsely flagged the latest vorpX version as malicious. The issue has been resolved in the meantime by Microsoft, a manual Windows update check will get you the latest Defender definitions.
You can either restore the file in Windows Defender or reinstall vorpX. If you don’t have the installer anymore, you can get one here: https://www.vorpx.com/request-new-download/
