daggeyParticipantcool, and thanks for the reply – the same profile can also be used for a number of other games as well (that don’t have that FOV issue) – and it’s utility is limited there by the limited zoom – any way to tinker with it to give that extra bit of zoom ? no worries if can’t but would be nice if easy to do. Thanks.

daggeyParticipantThe latest release (Alpha 3.0 – only a few days old) has opened up the gameplay a lot. You can now do some basic cargo hauling, a few mercenary missions, and land on planets and explore using land vehicles etc. There is not *much* of a “game” there as yet, but it is very impressive all the same to see the level of fidelity/simulation they have baked in. Need a beefy rig though.

daggeyParticipantStar Citizen 1.3 still not working post the recent 0.901 (or whatever – the fallout 4 one) patch. Crashes on loading.
daggeyParticipantYes 1.2 was working for me with Vorpx 0.9, whilst 1.3 was still on PTU, although 1.3 didn’t work at all with 0.9, causing a crash at startup. Then 1.3 published to live and of course it still doesn’t work, but I don’t have the option to play 1.2 (with Vorpx 0.9 or without) anymore either.
Of note however, opentrack have just updated so it works with Oculus 0.8 runtime, so we have headtracking back, once the 1.3 crash on startup problem is overcome.
