    So apparently I’m an idiot. I was having the same issue and thought I would also uninstall and reinstall, but having now uninstalled I can’t find my original installer. Any ideas? Is it possible to get another? I’ve still got all my original emails and id codes, but of course my original link is now way past its expiry…
