Sadly it’s still bad even on the new build. I can’t seem to identify a bottleneck either, with the Connection Mod enabled it is unplayable both with DirectVR and Z3D, in case of the latter my GPU utilization is at around 12%, when I turn off the Connection Mod it goes up to 18% for Z3D, giving me around 30 fps. No issues with CPU or RAM usage either. And as before the issue is already there on the splashscreens, not just in a loaded game.

Is there any way I can properly debug or profile this?

So I upgraded to an RTX 5070 Ti but still at the very lowest of all settings including 25% frame cap and Ultra Performance DLSS it remains unplayable. And even on the initial splashscreens the issue is already there even though there is nothing to render. Something isn’t right…

I have the same issue as @Marozaki: With the default settings, one eye is frozen while the other view slowly pans up and down, then they switch. I can even see the mouse pointer moving up and down if I enter the pause menu. When I switch to the latency focused mode the issue goes away but performance is unplayable then. I haven’t been able to figure out a solution so far.
