Awesome Ralf! It was the head tracking sens. I guess that may be tied to in-game sensitivity? My in-game sens for csgo is ridiculously low and after you brought up the head tracking sens I noticed that there actually was headtracking but it was very minuscule. I jumped it up to the highest and now it works great. Hopefully anyone else who tries csgo with a low sens will see this.
