OMG! Thanks! I was like there is no solution for this. Because i did look for solution and found only things like lower settings, reinstall mod.. etc. I got around 5-20 fps and image froze with a 4080 super gpu. I was sure not my pc is the problem but everyone was saying these unusable things. Then i found you. Searched for the log file. I got the database messages like you. Tried to start from C drive and Boom! 55-65 fps with dlss quality and raytracing, on high res.
I bet a lot of people have this issue and got told to reinstall mod or vorpx. Lower setting or play with z3d etc.

So, thanks again! You saved me with that after a month without finding a real solution.
