    Also I wish you’d tell people BEFORE they buy that there’s potentially a 2 day delay… I’d of bought it ready for this weekend :(

    You will receive information electronically immediately after ordering!
    You will be able to download the product immediately after ordering!

    ^ Is true but misleading, not really a nice first step for new customers.

    You should receive your key in a few hours.

    The text is unfortunate, granted. But it was not possible to change it, since the purchase process is externally handled. You receive your key as soon as possible.

    Still no key :(

    I’m assuming you don’t have control of the payment process, but I’m surprised you haven’t setup a template email to use that you could send out, then use a program to parse the results and do this in an automated way.
