OpenXR renders only in left eye

Suddenly vorpx only renders left eye for me. This is not game specific but with all games that previously worked perfectly. Switching to steamvr fixes this issue. I am using Crystal Light and tried reverting back to earlier version of Pimax play, changing settings etc. The closest I got when I had openxr toolkit running I see picture in both eyes but the views aren´t aligned properly, its like have 100 IPD.
