LaserParticipantSuddenly vorpx only renders left eye for me. This is not game specific but with all games that previously worked perfectly. Switching to steamvr fixes this issue. I am using Crystal Light and tried reverting back to earlier version of Pimax play, changing settings etc. The closest I got when I had openxr toolkit running I see picture in both eyes but the views aren´t aligned properly, its like have 100 IPD.

LaserParticipantSomething related to Pimax since everything works fine with Pico and virtual desktop.

LaserParticipantSwitching from Pimax Openxr to Pimax XR seems to fix this. I don´t know if pimax did something with the latest release that broke rendering with vorpx but even swtiching back to 1.4.x version of pimax play did not help.

Benedict81ParticipantThe latest versions of Pimax Play does this if you have the sharpening set to anything but zero on PP and you are running Vorpx sharpening at the same time (easy to test by setting the Vorpx sharpening to ‘off’ and seeing if the right lens image comes back). Choose which to use. I do miss running Vorpxs own sharpening with OpenXR Toolkits CAS.

LaserParticipantThanks for the info, for me its still a bit different. I had sharpening at 0.6 in pimax, when I dropped it to zero I got the second eye back but it still rendered at wrong IPD/Focal length or whatever making it unplayable. There is something wrong with my Pimax OpenXr pipeline and vorpx.
But since pimax xr works fine (and with openxr toolkit) and haven´t found any downsides to using it yet.

Benedict81ParticipantI am not that familiar with the Crystal Light version, but I thought one should not use the old PimaxXr anymore, I think you might need to do a clean install of Pimax Play (there is a guide on their website, you need to manually delete stuff and clean up), I seem to remember having some minor problems at one point because there was leftover stuff installed from PimaxXR\OpenXR toolkit and whatnot. This was at least the case with my original Crystal and the new Super (I have done a clean Pimax Play install with both of them and no problems). OpenXR Toolkit doesn’t work well or at all with the latest Pimax Play (I tried to just use the CAS sharpening of it cause it is great, but it screws up the image badly). I asked about this from Pimax and they don’t recommend using the toolkit anymore, it isn’t even recommended by the dev). But hey, if the old software works, why not!

LaserParticipantI´ll have to look in to that clean install setup. The weird thing is anything else works fine with the new pimax openxr, only vorpx gives problems. Thanks again!
