LenoviveParticipantHi, I ordered vorpX and it told me it had an issue verifying my information but it still charged me. I havent gotten an email with any information. How do i get this fixed?

LenoviveParticipantIf you need my email let me know. I didnt copy my order ID because i assumed I would get an email with the information.

RalfKeymasterIf the order went through, there should have been a link shown on the last page of your order process.
You will receive a mail from MyCommerce containig it shortly. Unfortunately this can take up to 20 minutes sometimes.
Please also make sure to check your spam folder.
If you are sure that your order went through and you do not receive the mail from MyCommerce within an hour, please contact support |at| vorpx com.

LenoviveParticipantWhen i hit order it said it was unable to verify my address or something. Not sure why considering my address was correct. I still got charged and there was no link at the end of the payment process. Just an order ID. (I still havent gotten an email in any folder)

RalfKeymasterPlease contact support |at| vorpx com, ideally with your MyCommerce Order ID. This cannot be resolved on the forum.
Please also check your spam folder.
Normally you should also have eceived an reminder from us directly after about an hour.
If neither MyCommerce mails nor mails from us are able to reach you, please provide us with an alternative mail address, as apparently there is an issue with sending mails to your primary address in this case.
