Hey, everyone. I’m new here, so if this isn’t where I’m supposed to post this, I apologize. But, I just got this program for playing a few select PC games to experience them in virtual reality. Tried…none of them worked. And only TWO played in 2D cinema mode. Those were the only games I cared to play with this program. If there’s any way I can get refunded, that would be nice. Because there was no way of knowing before hand if my games would work. Thanks for any help.
*Edit, to add on, my games were no where on the compatibility list, so I didn’t know if they’d run or not. Thanks again.
If you are lucky there may be user profiles for your games in the cloud. You can search for user profiles in the config app (‘Cloud Profiles’).
If there is no cloud profile for your games, you can also try to create your own profiles by making a copy of an existing profile, ideally using a game using the same graphics engine. No guarantee that it will work, but worth a shot. A litle introduction how to do a custom profile can be found in the vorpX help in the ‘User Profiles’ section.
