    Have not received an activation key by the process that your guidelines stated. Could we please find a solution to this problem.

    The key e-mail had originally been rejected by your mail server. It has been resent using another mail server on our end.

    If it still did not reach you, please provide an alternative mail address, ideally from G-Mail, Yahoo or another huge mail provider.
