    When I have AMD Smart Memory Access (SAM) enabled in Forza4 and enter a race (so more memory gets allocated) its becomes very slow and even after the race it remains broken.

    Simply de-activating SAM fixes that. Radeon 5600, latest bios, latest stable driver, no 3d, no Z.

    Not sure how that would affect vorpX in any way, but if you can resolve the issue by disabling SAM, please leave it off. I’ll check later whether I can replicate the issue. Thanks for the heads-up!

    Awesome! It should give a 10-15% perf boost and has been recently released for the older 5xxx GPUs.

    Its resolutions independent, if that helps.
