Anti Cheat Work Arounds?

The only issue I general have now, is being able to play games with some sort of anti cheat. Or should I say BattleEye and EasyAntiCheat.

Do you think there will be a work around for this?

Can’t promise anything in this regard. The BattleEye author some time ago decided that the way vorpX hooks into games is not the “right way” in his opinion. Before that there was no problem. Discussing the matter to get back to the earlier state lead nowhere.

That’s silly of them because VR is where everyone will be developing towards LOL So i guess no BattleEye in the future…

From EAC in regard to an email I sent them asking this very question:

“EAC only blocks certain applications from working. Bans are places only from cheating meaning that there needs to be a definite cheat program (aimbot, wallhack etc.) loaded into game memory.”

i take it the devs of the games that use EAC dont actually have any control of what it blocks

oh shit, EAC actually stopped blocking after i disabled avast, but now the game is crashing at the splash screen so take from that what you will
