Anyone playing the EliteDangerous: Odyssey alpha?

Wondering if anyone has tried it with vorpx.
By all accounts performance is atrocious in the alpha so not expecting much yet.

I do plan to use vorpx with this when it’s released though, so fingers crossed.

Just bringing this up again now that Odyssey is in Alpha testing phase. Anyone find a way to get VorpX to work with it yet?

It uses the elite Dangerous same engine?

It does – but they aren’t currently supporting VR while on foot in Odyssey – it changes to a 2D flat screen.

what a bad move, they put Vr in the base game but not in the expansion pffff, it’s a no buy for me untill they add vr.

They think people might get irritated from walking in VR and removed all walking stuff instead giving people a choice.
As if it would the the first ever VR Game with locomotion.
No buy from me too.

maybe they put vr in odyssey, because in alpha there is a sort of vr legs..
