applying my setting to play my games in vr

Hi there, I’m having trouble completing the process of using VorpX. Every time I set the process up and hit apply, i get a pop up stating to get my key. (Request code, registration info and the key), when i go back to my email from when i bought vorpx, which was yesterday, i still end up in the same place. what am i doing wrong?

Please follow the instructions in the dialog that pops up and send an e-mail with your request code to the mail address shown there. You’ll get your key shortly afterwards normally.
