Can't login to download new version

I bought it a few months ago and have not changed my email or anything, I got this email sent to me on the 14th of August so I can confirm it is the right email.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for buying the vorpX beta. To activate vorpX, please follow these steps:

1. Install vorpX from the link you got earlier

2. SEND AN E-MAIL WITH THE REQUEST CODE that is displayed in the license dialog to [address removed] .

Please make a backup of the installer. Your download link will expire after three weeks.

I’m not really sure whether I understand your problem, sorry.

You can simply use the web installer that you reveived to reinstall vorpX, without the need to login anywhere.

If you didn’t keep a copy, you can get a new one here: https://www.vorpx.com/request-new-download/

If your key does not work anymore, please check whether your request code is still the same. It may have changed due to new hardware for example. if the request code is different than before, you need to request a new key.
