    I’ve tried repeatedly to purchase VorpX on the Web site, and mycommerce keeps giving me an error message that they can’t verify my payment.

    I’m in Canada, and I hear this is a known problem. I’ve emailed your support email multiple times with no response, and I have no idea what to try next.

    Can you please help? Thanks.

    Was able to do it by spending 30 mins on the phone with Digital River.
