    Hi there Ralf,

    Ive been here since the beginning, and recently have moved to win11. Ive requested a new download link but havent recieved my activation code. Please help.
    Not sure if its a discrepency between the emails used to register?

    Please contact your e-mail provider (iinet.net.au). They seem to block mails from us recently.

    I have looked thoroughly thru my emails and junk/spam folder – I have no email :(

    You can’t find any mail because the last half dozen mails or so sent to you were rejected by iinet.net.au.

    I just tried again. If it still doesn’t work, please either contact iinet.net.au about the issue or provide an alternative mail address.

    I didn’t receive a rejection notice after the last mail two days ago, so I’d assume it went through this time. Please double check your spam folder.

    That aside: yes, an alternative mail address would probably help.

    Ralf, I have sent a request via an gmail account.
    Ive checked the spam and junk folders and have nothing still.

    The email provider is also asking for any error screenshots you may of recieved.
    So to circumvent this I have snet and email via gmail.

    Another key has been sent to your Gmail address.

    Please clarify the iinet.com.au problem with iinet.com.au. Essentially the bounce back messages said “rejected because on our ABL list”, which means their spam detection didn’t work right.

    Thanks Ralf, it has worked!

    Also Im more than happy with the software so Ill be buying a licenece for the future updates.
