Completely unofficial and no Stereo 3D, but apparently playable in a short test:
1. Set game resolution to 1920×1080 (DK2 native res) before starting it with vorpX.
2. Add -force-d3d9 to the game’s launch options in Steam.
3. In the vorpX ingame menu [DEL] enable “Virtual Cinema Mode”. The game doesn’t make much sense otherwise.
4. If you don’t have a usable cursor (likely) press [ALT][C] to enable the vorpX stereo cursor.
