hi everyone, i know very well that vulkan is not hooked, but it is not possible to play doom eternal in immersive screen either? or with desktop viwer?
Doom Eternal runs with “Helixvision” and “vkvision” in real G3D and looks fantastic!
Unfortunately, VorpX does not support Vulkan games.I have tried with those two applications, but I have not concluded anything, a disappointment. and then they say that vorpx is complicated!
Don’t give up … I also hacked around with Helixvision for a few days … until I found out that I mistakenly copied the mod with vk3dvision without the main folder into the game directory of Doom Ethernal …
There are also enough Youtube instructions from the modder “Helifax” … eg a profile has to be created for Doom Ethernal in Helixvision … and Helixvision has to be entered in the vk3dvision ini file … but everything is in the readme instructions …
It also took until Helixvision was running with my VR glasses … only the one beta with the “c” is allowed …
Much luck…The last two Wolfensteins can now also be played in G3D with vk3dvision …
