I have managed to get F1 2020 working successfully using Opentrack for the head tracking, but the performance even on the lowest resolution and ultra low graphics settings is unplayable using Geometry 3D (6 FPS according to the benchmark test). Z-Buffer 3D works fine but looks so much worse than Geometry 3D.

I am trying to work out if my system simply can’t handle it or if there is another reason. I have the following:

    Ryzen 5 2600x
    Radeon Vega 56
    16GB Ram
    X470 Aorus Motherboard

I have turned off V-Sync and Oculus Asynchronous Spacewarp and tried different graphics and resolution settings but it doesn’t make any difference.

Has anyone got it running smoothly on a similar system?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Hi Domitius

I’m having similarly bad performance with my vega 56 system and I’m wondering if you’ve found anything that helps. Have you tried any other titles? Are you having similar performance issues with them too or is it just F1 2020
Also what headset are you using?
