Far Cry 4 vorpx rejected by steam?

I have tried all of the online suggested methods, both steam and uplay offline, both steam and uplay overlays disabled, and all other programs disabled except for Far Cry and VorpX. When I open Far Cry without Vorpx, it will load but when i turn on VorpX it wont hook. When i open VorpX before Far Cry, steam will give me a ‘unkown error’ which when investigated is a ‘missing executable’ error. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
