Frame drops in RE Village

Using quest 2

airlink gives really low frame rates, switching to virtual desktop at 120hrz was a vast improvement

Now I get framedrops in some cut scenes, like when the guy with the shotgun is killed and you first meet the old woman.

The frames slow to a crawl

In flat screen it’s fine, all settings lowered and outside of this only some frame drops when many enemies onscreen.

Can’t figure out why this is happening

Please check whther the issue also occurs when you use wired Oculus Link via USB to make sure it’s not related to the wireless connection.

This actually was worse, 😂

It was more choppy than airlink and was skipping frames

I just can’t figure it out

I reset the profile to factory settings and tried with virtual desktop again

The famerate was fine, for maybe 5 – 10 minutes and then it dropped again

So it’s fine for a few minutes then slows right down

Any ideas?
