How many FPS do I lose by switching to G3D? I ak trying to calculate how much GPU power do I need.
Is the FPS halved, or is the decrease less than 50%?
depends on the game, but it’s probably safer to bet on 50% or more. Especially if it’s a cpu heavy game.
CPU? I thought this G3D is GPU thing, not a CPU. Also, more than 50%? Isnt 50% the absolute worst case not counting running out of VRAM?
If someone with VorpX could do a little test and report FPS that would be awesome, I want to play Quake Champions and Battlefields but Battlefields dont support G3D I think.
