Idk if this is the proper place to start this thread but anyways. I downloaded and messed around with VorpX a couple months back and tried to get it to work with Metro 2033 Redux & Metro: Last Light Redux. Fast forward a couple months to now and I uninstalled Vorpx to move some stuff around. I went to replay 2033 and the FOV was locked like it was when I played it in VR easy fix right? I uninstalled 2033 and reinstalled but its still locked in the VR fov. And the same thing is happening with Last Light.
Uninstalling games does not remove their settings usually.
However, you can restore settings changed by vorpX in the config app on the ‘Restore Game Settings’ page. You should see a message about that in the headset and in the top left corner of the game window whenever vorpX adjusts any game settings.
