Dear folks,
I’m getting a Rift S soon, and I found this website so fast every game can be simulated on the VR headset.
Do you have some experience with Rift S and Vorpx, are they working together, or do you see some trouble / problems?
I watched some videos how can I setup the vorpx, but so far as I saw it’s “plug and play”, because the game settings for the VR effect will be downloaded and applied in the background, so there is no technical skill needed for the configuration, am I right?

rift S should work just fine.
however you cant run “every game” in VR using vorpX. there are official profiles and user made profiles for “unsupported” games, that’s a lot of games to play with VorpX but you cant use vorpX for every games out there, Ralf keep adding new games profiles every now and then tho.
VorpX is not really plug & play, i mean there are official profiles, with directVR feature meaning you just click a button and you let it do all the work for you and you’re good to go most of the time, but for games without directVR you usually have to do some manual tweaking, nothing too hard, i’m total n00b with technical stuff, yet i’m still able to tweak profiles and create new ones who fit my tastes.
VorpX gets some time to get used to, but once you understand how to do things, you soon discover it’s an incredible software.
