    I sent my request code to register |at| vorpx com then few hours later got another e-mail from Ralf asking to send my request code!?!? I did it 15 hours ago and so far received an invoice form Animation Labs. How long is it take to receive a key?

    Still have’t heard from anyone and it’s been two days.

    Normally it only takes a few minutes. Unfortunately you sent the wrong code though, so your key could not be created.

    Please follow the instructions in the license dialog and send us the REQUEST CODE that is shown in the the dialog. NOT the Order ID, which is of no use for creating your key.
