I recently purchased VorpX a second time, using the same email address I registered with before. I sent the request, as instructed by the installation application, almost 24 hours ago, but I’m wondering if my using the same email is causing issues with the registration.
I purchased the app, for the first time, back in 2015. I felt it only fair that I buy it again, seeing as I’ve used it for so long. Again, not sure if this is why the registration process isn’t working as intended. I sent the request 3 times, perhaps. Once was with my wife’s name written as it’s read, the second time was as it is written on the receipt, and the third time I didn’t include a space between the Name: Email: colons. I thought, perhaps if it is automated, it would need specific formatting.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance, Ralf.
