    In Sims 4, when I go into full VR mode, the option for head tracking sensitivity doesn’t show up?

    Not quite sure, but might be glitch. Some settings are supposed to be shown on the main page as well on another page. If you can’t see the sensitivity setting on the main page, try the Input page of the menu.
