And what if I don’t want to use a community profile? How do I get 3D capability working in a game starting from scratch?

For example, I’ve fired up Deep Rock Galactic and VorpX hooks into it. On the first run, there are no 3D options available. The second time I run it, Z-Normal and Z-Adaptive are “available” but don’t actually produce any 3D effect. How do I get it so that they do, and how do I add other 3D options, like Geometry or DirectVR?

Super short version: you have to figure out what engine a game uses and then find a profile that uses the same engine. Then you *might* be able to get 3D working by creating a copy of that profile.

The process is explained in greater detail in the vorpX help. Please check that. I couldn’t really say anything else here than what the help already explains.
