How do I change to 4:3 aspect ratio for Outlast 2?

At the beginning of the game using vorpx (default profile), it says to change to 4:3 to get rid of graphical glitches. All I see for aspect ratio info in vorpx for in-game settings is letterbox 1, letterbox 2, etc to change. Which and where is 4:3?

What the message means is setting the resolution in the game’s graphics options to a 4:3 res, e.g. 1600×1200. The vorpX aspect setting should be left at the default value. Best reset the profile to default, there is no need to tweak any vorpX settings at all.

I think I understand the reason for the joystick pressing/holding in vorpx while in game (to do certain things if the vr needs help).
